Spicy Baked Tofu (High Protein Snack)
Tofu, or bean curd, is a popular food derived from soya. Considered to be the vegan substitute for chicken, It is made by curdling fresh soya milk, pressing it into a solid block, and then cooling it.
Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc, and vitamin B1.

Ingredients:
400 gm Tofu
3 Tablespoons Oil
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Chili flakes (optional)
A Pinch Turmeric Powder
Salt (As Per Your Taste)
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Some ketchup
Instructions:
Drain the excess water from the tofu. Wrap the tofu in paper napkins and place some weight on it.
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Take a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Avoid chili flakes if you don’t want the tofu to be too spicy.
Mix and add the tofu cubes.
Leave it in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes.
Grease a baking plate lightly, use skewers to hold the tofu pieces together, and keep on the plate.
Bake it for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle.
To have a crispy outer, broil it for another 8-10 minutes.
