I am an IES Officer by profession but not at heart.
This took me a while to realise, precisely three years.
So, it all started in 2015, when I cleared the Indian Engineering Services with an All India Rank of 13. I was selected as an Assistant Engineer in Indian Railways, considered one of the most prestigious job in the Engineering field. I was at the top of the world till I joined. I realised that the job was not as exciting as I had expected it to be!!!
As a child I always had the creative streak, from painting to writing I loved it all.
In 2018, I finally decided to further explore the creative side of me and Healthy Passenger came to life.
As a teenager I suffered from PCOS. Although, I was a skinny child, maintaining a healthy weight after PCOS became a constant struggle. Nothing seemed to work!! I was gaining weight, losing hair and I was ashamed of my body.
My life and my health took a turn when I finally started taking my health seriously a year back. I am not writing this blog as an expert but as someone who has actually tried almost every weight loss and health tip you will find on the Internet and then come up with what works and what does not. Today, I am officially PCOS free and although I still have a long journey to a perfect healthy body, I am a long way from where I started.
As far as travelling is concerned, the best part about working as an engineer with Indian Railways was I got to travel throughout India. During those three years I discovered my passion for travelling and I plan to continue it in the future also.
